David Willis
CEO HBOS Australia
David was appointed Chief Executive Officer of HBOS Australia in July 2004. He
was previously Group Executive of Westpac Institutional Bank and Westpac's
retail operations in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. David was also Chief
Executive of Lloyds Bank Australia. He has worked for extended periods in the
UK, USA and Japan and is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered
Accountants.
Ian Corfield
Chief Executive BankWest Retail
Ian was appointed Chief Executive BankWest Retail in April 2007. He previously
ran HBOS's retail business in Ireland. Ian has been with the HBOS Group since 2000 and
has led a number of businesses within the UK retail arm. Prior to joining HBOS, he
spent time working as a management consultant and a political analyst.
Paul Clark
Chief Executive BankWest Business
Paul was appointed Chief Executive BankWest Business in May 2005. He has extensive
experience in the Australian financial services industry through his career with the
National Australia Bank, where he held a number of senior executive positions.
Paul has worked at two leading chartered accounting firms specialising in mergers
and acquisitions and corporate reconstructions. He has a Bachelor of Business majoring
in Accounting and an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
He is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of
the Australian Institute of Banking and Finance.
Adrian Hondros
Chief Executive St Andrew's
Adrian was appointed Chief Executive St Andrew's in March 2008. Adrian
has more than 21 years experience in financial services having held a
variety of management and senior consulting roles. Prior to joining HBOS
Australia he was General Manager, NAB’s private wealth management
business and General Manager, NAB Financial Planning. Adrian was also
Managing Director of the Godfrey Pembroke Financial Consultants. He
holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, a
Diploma in Life Insurance from the Australian Insurance Institute, a
Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting from Edith Cowan University
and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from the Securities Institute
of Australia.
Bernie Campbell
Chief Executive Capital Finance
Bernie was appointed Chief Executive Capital Finance in January 2008. He has been a
Director of Capital Finance for nine years and an executive of the company since its
inception in 1995. Bernie previously held senior executive positions with Barclays Bank
and Challenge Bank with general management responsibility covering corporate and
commercial banking, retail banking, and property and equipment finance. He is a
Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Jack Dykes
Chief Executive BOS International
Jack was appointed Chief Executive BOS International in November 2003. He was previously
Head of Corporate Banking for BOS International (Australia), Executive Vice President of
Bank of Scotland (North America) and Vice President of Bank of Scotland (Los Angeles).
Jack holds a Masters of Science in International Banking and Finance and is also a member
of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.
Dave Smith
Head of Bank of Scotland Treasury Australia
Dave was appointed Head of Bank of Scotland Treasury Australia in September 2005. He
is also a director of Bank of Scotland Treasury plc and a member of the UK Treasury Executive
Committee. Dave has an engineering background and began his city-based career in London with
Morgan Grenfell & Co in 1987. Dave has subsequently held a number of senior management positions
in Deutsche Bank, UBS and HBOS.
Tim Foster
Chief Financial Officer
Tim was appointed Chief Financial Officer in March 2006 and is responsible for the Finance,
Legal, Strategy and Shared Services areas of HBOS Australia. He was previously Chief Financial
Officer at both Challenger Financial Services Group Limited and Colonial First State
Investments Limited. Tim was a director of Challenger Listed Investments Limited and has also
worked for Coopers and Lybrand in the UK. He holds a Bachelor of Economics, Accounting and Financial
Management and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Tony Clasquin
Chief Executive Information Technology
Tony was appointed Chief Executive Information Technology in August 2007. Tony has more than 29
years experience in the Information Technology industry and joined HBOS Australia from Commonwealth
Bank (CBA) where he was Executive General Manager of IT. In 2002, Australian Banking & Finance named
Tony 'Best Chief Information Officer (CIO)'. He is a member of the Australian Computer Society and
has held various directorships.
Amanda Revis
Chief Executive Human Resources and Corporate Affairs
Amanda was appointed Chief Executive Human Resources in June 2006 and assumed responsibility for the
combined Human Resources and Corporate Affairs function in September 2007. Amanda has extensive finance,
business and human resources management experience across a number of industries including fast moving
consumer goods, television and financial services. She was previously General Manager, People and Performance
for Westpac Institutional Bank and Westpac Business and Consumer Bank. Amanda holds an Honours Degree in
Mathematics and Management Sciences and is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
Ross Moulton
Chief Executive Risk Management
Ross was appointed Chief Executive Risk Management in April 2008. He joined BankWest in 1998, before it became part of the HBOS Australia
group and has experience in corporate banking, retail banking and risk management. He has held a number of senior management positions,
including Head of Operational Risk and Compliance, Head of Direct Channels for BankWest Retail and Director of Credit Review. Ross holds a
Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance, is a Senior Fellow of FINSIA and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
