What are you working on right now?
Program planning, workstream interdependencies and resource management.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Working with like-minded professionals.
What’s the most exciting thing about working here?
Helping to set up an organization from nil.
What’s the most challenging aspect of working at Lloyds International?
Working on requests from offshore (UK) adds a layer of complexity to the work we do in Australia.
What are your passions outside of work?
Playing golf, watching rugby union or playing the FX markets.
Grace - Integration Test Lead
What can you tell us about Project Catalyst?
It's a challenging project with the best people in the business working on it.
What are you working on right now?
Integration testing - supporting SIT and preparing for the Risk stream.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
The people and the great atmosphere.

It's a very open and pro-active environment. Plus, there are so many social events it’s hard to keep up!

That ultimately, it?s the people that make a project a success.

Like all organizations, it is always a challenge to work with multiple business streams and make sure that everyone is happy!

My dogs, bushwalking and travelling.
Maria - Manager: Quality and Testing, Applications Services
What can you tell us about Project Catalyst?
When other people in the industry find out what needs to be delivered within the given timeframe they’ll think we’re incredibly insane! But if the project is successful (which it will be), then we’ll all be 'superpeople'...
What are you working on right now?
Test Environment overview, Test Resource Allocation overview and canvassing who can attend the Hunter Valley wine tasting weekend that my colleague Gary wants me to organise.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
The people I work with and a glass of Merlot on Friday afternoon.
What have you learned, working here?
That one must go to after-work drinks as it seems that important decisions are made in the pub at around 9pm.
What’s the most challenging aspect of working at Lloyds International?
Attending all the social activities and meeting deadlines at the same time!
